Byron Rymer

Byron oversees the overall operations side of the company. He also manages the Commercial and Residential Landscape Division as well as the Tree Service Division. He is a true visionary. Byron's extraordinary leadership has taken the company from a one person, one lawn mower operation in 2000, to a company comprised of 66 employees at the height of the season, with 31 vehicles, four lawn crews, two tree crews, a masonry division and a growing landscape design division. His commitment to serving the community in all of its landscaping needs has attributed to the exponential growth of his company.

Byron was born in Poughkeepsie, NY, and has lived in Rhode Island for the past 11 years. He attended Eastern Nazarene College where he studied religion and history and met his wife, Gina. Byron brings nearly two decades of construction and landscaping experience to his company.

Gina Rymer

Gina has been with the company since the founding. She is a Certified Public Accountant and oversees all administrative duties, including receivables, payables, estimates, payroll, and taxes. Gina's exceptional fiscal skills have kept the company running smoothly. Her keen insight and management abilities have been invaluable during the rapid expansion of All Island Landscape services and corporate growth.

Gina was born in Minnesota and moved to RI when she was seven years old. She graduated from Rogers High School in Newport and earned her accounting degree at Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, MA in 1998.

Steve Wyatt

Manages newly developed installations such as foundations, water lines, ISDS and driveways for Portsmouth developments: Spinnaker Run, Overlook Point and Bristol Ferry Landing. Steve is a licensed RI ISDS Installer, RI Class 1 ISDS Designer and holds a MA Hoisting Engineer License. Steve is also one of our licensed RI Arborists

Josh Wheeler

Is the Landscape Architect. He is involved in the planning, design and sometimes oversights of the exterior landscape or space designs.  He designs the location of buildings, roads, walkways, and the arrangement of flowers, shrubs, and trees.

Tom Stepp

Manages our masonry projects, overseeing stone or paver walkways, driveways, patios and any hardscape design.   He works with Josh on many projects in order to complement  a hardscape with a beautiful landscape design.
