INFORMATION OF SERVICES:

     All Island Landscape would like to thank you for considering us for your lawn care fertilization company. We are extremely proud of our reputation to our customers and our ability to adapt to this ever so changing business and keep you satisfied with service and pricing. We offer competitive pricing and work to keep costs to a minimum without sacrificing the quality of service. We strive on communication between us and the customer, so that your goals and expectations are met. We have the ability to adapt to the individual needs of the customer, something that is lost when dealing with the large franchised businesses. 
     Please understand that lawn care is a process and depending where your lawn is, in regards to weeds, insects, diseases, depends on how long it takes to get things back up to speed. This process can take several years and a considerable amount of work or it can be a simple as a preventative maintenance program. Every lawn is different and comes with its own set of issues and solutions, all of which All Island Landscape is capable of handling.

     We have no problem boasting about our 95% customer retention rate from year to year and offer upon request, referrals from our current customers.

 

OPTIONAL SERVICES OFFERED:

 

     We use our seven step fertilization/lawn care program as a starting point for most customers, unless at the initial consultation we see issues requiring immediate action. During the season if one of our technicians identifies an issue, whether it is an insect, disease, or weed the customer will be notified. This notification will be in writing, identifying the problem, location, solutions, and pricing. Our technicians will do their best to offer multiple solutions, some of which the homeowner can easily address and others that will require professional action.

 

PRE-NOTIFICATION OF LAWN CARE SERVICES:

 

     We leave this option of pre-notifying up to the customer and find that most companies do not offer this. In the past we have not given this as an option to our customers, because of inability to contact people in an efficient manner. All Island Landscape now has a web page www.allislandlandscape.com and through this we are now able to send email. 
     One week prior to each step in the fertilization program an email will be sent to you identifying what application will be done. We will do our best to keep with that schedule, but unforeseen events do happen i.e. equipment breakdowns, weather, and illness. If we are behind with our scheduling there will not be a follow-up email, please go on the basis that we will be there the following week.
     Please send your name, address, contact number, and email address to ericl@allislandlandscape.com , I will send a conformation email back and this will ensure that you will be notified by email prior to any fertilization/pesticide applications. Please be advised that your email will not be sent to the beloved spam generators, that is not why we are offering this new service.

 

 

 

FIVE STEP LAWN FERTILIZATION

 PROGRAM:

 

STEP	ESTIMATED START DATE	APPLICATION
I.	1st -2nd Week of April based on when the soil temperature reaches 50-55 deg F for 3-5 days.	A granular Pre-Emergent weed control with fertilizer.
II.	2nd - 3rd Week of May	A granular time release fertilizer with liquid post-emergent weed control.
III.	3rd - 4th Week of June	A granular application for preventative and existing Grub control with a time release fertilizer.  Spot spray problem areas for weeds (temperature allowing).
IV.	4th - Week of July-1st Week of August	A time release granular summer fertilizer that helps with drought and the heat stresses of mid to late summer.
V.	2nd Week of October	A time release granular winter fertilizer that feeds and prepares your lawn for the long New England winters.  Spot spray problematic perennial weeds.

 

NOTE: APPLICATION DATES WILL VARY DEPENDING ON SEASONS WEATHER.
